Tightest radius to form T-molding around?

My CP has a couple of 90 degree angles on it.

I know that t-molding can be "cut" on it's insertable tongue to get it around corners, but I'm probably dreaming if I think I can get it around a perfectly square 90.

What radius should I apply to the corners?

I would think a half inch radius would be enough.  Would probably look nice, too.

I used 30mm radiuses on most of my corners.  I expect that is a fair bit more than required tho...I'd say maybe 10mm absolute minumum, go for more if possible.

I got my molding around 90 degree corners just fine on my cabinet.  But it does take a little practice to get the cut right.  On a controller, rounded edges look nicer to me, too, and that'll make your T-molding go on a lot easier.

It can bend a 90 perfectly easily, just depends on what look you want. Many arcade cabs had 90' corners.

Looks great  At least it should be easy for me to get it around my huge 30mm radius's (ray-dee-eye?)
