Hey there Bigboar!

I wouldn't mind giving it a go.  I've made about 6 skins already.  Get back to me with some info about what you'd like to have, and how you'd like it laid out and I'll go from there.  Let me know if you have any fonts, or graphics you'd like to use.

On the topic of skins, I would really like to see a few skins made for MAMEwah to take up where Cave left off with his.  If you check out Stuzza's website, not have the exact link right now, but could find it if you need it, Cave made some very nice console skins for various systems, but stopped after 3 sets of them.  I now have skins for most console sets that I have, but there are a few missing.  In particular, Atari Lynx, Neo Geo Pocket, Atari 5200, Atari 7800, Sega Game Gear, Sega CD, Playstation, to name a few.  I am not at all adept at making skins--wouldnt know where to start, but if you are willing, it would be great to get some more of these console skins and I am sure that Stuzza would post them to his site.  Just a suggestion, but would be greatly appreciated if you took on this project.

If you have the link I could take a look at what Cave did and I can see what I can do, or if you have some ideas on what you're looking for maybe you could draw up a quick layout using something like paint or something just to show what you'd like things to look like.

It is under MAMEwah files and skins.  Caves are on Page 2 labeled multi-skin (part 1, 2, and 3) and are 800 x 600.  
If they were similiar in style to those, it would be great! Nothing really specific, but similiar in allowing for artwork (screens, titles, box art, etc.) to be included and very graphical as Cave's are.  Or even something different if you wish, but I would truly like to have some cool skins for these remaining emulators--as would many others I think.
