New Front-End: LaunchPad

A few features: it supports mixing roms from different emulators, batch files, favorites lists, and running any executable which is full-screen.

It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but I made just about everything it does have customizable. The download includes a demo, which is a config file containing dummy representations of actual roms, so you can see it in action right out of the box. If you try it out, let me know what you think. I put an updated download on the link - the hang-on-first-game-launch problem is fixed, and I added support for a custom number of rows and columns.
