Mame games not playing full screen on Arcade Monitor

I am using an Arcadevga video card with a Arcade 25" monitor.  My games are setup in hyperspin. Resolution is set at 640x240. Some games work fine but others come up in the center of the screen about the size of 6x5" display. The mame.ini file is setup by the recommendations of the Arcadevga site. I think these games use to work but something may have been tweeked in windows 7 and now they don't display proper.
Any help would be great.
