Video Overlays in MAME
« on: January 04, 2015, 01:29:16 pm »
Is there a way to enable overlays across the board in MAME? Or do you have to enable them per game? I would like to be able to go into games like Armor Attack, Star Castle, Boot Hill, etc, and have everything that needs to be enabled, enabled. Or is there a list of games that need overlays so I can run through and manually enable them? I know there used to be a site called MameWorld that had artwork files but it looks like that site is gone now. I was just going to run through the list of downloadable files and enable overlays manually but since that site is gone I'm not sure where to go to get a comprehensive list of games that need overlays.

In M.A.SH. mameinfo package there is one ini files that contains such information. Artwork files you have to get from http://www.mamechannel.it/pages/artworks.php
