any clues on how to do this, maybe some special software out there.

its for virtual cop 1/2, HOTD 1 and the lost world.

Basically, I want to do so when I move my gun off the screen the game reloads (say Right mouse button is pressed).

this would improve those games significantly and bring it up to modern standards (e.g. HOTD 2/3 in the arcade)
