Space Ace Blu-Ray in Daphne

There's a great post about extracting the HD data on a DL2 blu ray to play in Daphne.
http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,134683.msg1389538.html#msg1389538
I'm trying to export the data from the Space Ace blu ray. It's not the same process as with the DL2 disc since the amount of Daphne DL2 files should match the amount of ripped blu ray files and it's easy to rename them when you are looking at two sets.
Since there is only (1) .m2v for Space Ace in Daphne, and 500+ m2ts files ripped from the blu ray, what exactly would be the correct way about doing so?
Thank you.

Downloading it from the internet
We've been playing Space Ace HD and DL HD since around 2010

I've downloaded a torrent which has 500+ .m2v & .ogg files.
I've combined the .m2v files into 1 file and Daphne will not play it.
Any ideas?
