Strange issue Soft 15khz

I have instaled soft 15khz and powerstrip running through vga scart cable on pal tv.The issue is i have created custom resolution with powerstrip 768 x 576 wich i cant get rid of.Every time i reboot computer it defaults to that resolution which is not 15khz even tho i have selected before restart 640 x 480 interlaced.How i can get rid of that resolution and make new default resolution 15khz either 640 x 480 or 720 x 480 interlaced.

Any ideas ?
