I've got the S-Video blues...
« on: July 08, 2014, 04:51:08 pm »
I mounted my CRT TV in the cab and am really loving the overall look.  It fits my bezel perfectly and generally looks pretty excellent.  Still, the colors are washed out and the red looks out of whack.  I've messed with the color levels as best I can, and I think I've got it as good as it'll get.  I had read up on using a CRT before going this route and had heard people feeling this way, so I suspect that I should have paid more attention.

Anywho, when I go to Amazon I'm seeing a host of products that take the component cables to TV, but I'm not sure of a couple things.  Most importantly, is this a noted improvement from the s-video I'm currently using?  Secondly, which particular product might be recommended for this?
