Doh!

I wish I could find it. :)  I know I had it out reading over it when I first got it but have not been able to find it.  It had this cover and title:
http://www.amazon.com/classic-arcade-video-jamma-board-Pc/dp/B007OX91II

ed12:
ok
that is the same as a 39-1 board
i have the same thing here...
dip sw #2  cga or vga
there is 2 combo's to the jamma

i will pin then out for u ,if i cannot up-load the manual
dip switch #3 is the refernce here..it is the blue /red switch u see on the board
#2 controls it..

com 3 and 4 are for your trackball inputs
and yes com8 is a molex power feed,as has been said to u..
thk-u op's for that 1

j1 is your audio jack >speakers<

jamma is used for input control + power if u need ?

do not allow the power supply to run past 5.5 volt's dc feed..it will damage the board

let me find the maunual..i will up-load it

it is built by game never over

This is the online manual I referenced when I was hooking the game up: http://www.jammaboards.com/arcade_manuals/60-in-1_iCade_Classic_Arcade_Manual_Online.pdf
I think it's the same 4 dip switches on the PCB for my board.

Not sure I understand your statement:"dip switch #3 is the refernce here..it is the blue /red switch u see on the board
#2 controls it.." or how it would help me get anything on the screen.

Thanks

ed12:
on the board it is located as sw3
a 4 bank dip sw
where s/w 2 of that bank is your cga/vga control
