Built a base for my arcade panel
« on: June 16, 2014, 12:53:15 am »
Hi guys, so I built a base for my control panel.  I used some leftover MDF and a few panels of pine.  For having almost no access to the appropriate tools and equipment, i think it came out pretty nice.

The three vertical panels are cut at about a 5 degree angle so the panel angles down just a bit, sits at about 2'4" from the ground, great height for playing while sitting.  It is a little wobbly, I think i need to add a piece of wood horizontally across the back to stop it from shaking.

Im gonna run a piece of wood across the lip in the back here and make cup holders so people stop leaving their drinks ontop ;)

Tell me what ya think!

Now time for a little Rastan.
