NFL Blitz Overlay/Bezel Instruction Cards

Hi, I just recently picked up an empty dedicated NFL Blitz arcade cabinet; it was painted black and converted to a Point Blank 2.  I took some citristrip to the sides and was very pleased with the condition of the original sideart.  With all of that being said, the cpo was ruined from the conversion to PB2 and the set of instruction cards that go on the bezel were long gone.  Is anyone aware of any hi-res scans of the 2-player style control panel overlay or the instruction cards?  I'd like to get this back to a dedicated cabinet, or perhaps dedicated look running mame, and those are the two pieces standing in my way.  Thanks in advance for anyone who can lend me a helping hand.  Here is a picture of the overlay that I'm looking for, and the early stages of the cabinet.
