Artwork and color matching, need suggestions.
« on: March 17, 2014, 11:50:03 pm »
First of all thanks to Delusional for the artwork files. I am looking for suggestions comments. The artwork itself is not complete its more the color theme and matching I am looking into right now. Violet and Blue are the two colors I am considering. Anyone wanna do a simple mock-up?

First violet: CPO,Marquee, Button, T-mould, Halo rings (aka neon mame/epyx alien

My biggest concern is the purple t-moulding. I don't imagine it will pop very well off the black laminated sides and not sure if it will clash with the violet but I see no other options.

If you are planning on doing color matching, you should do a test print at whatever printer you are going to be using for the final artwork.  Unless your monitor has been calibrated for printing, things can look dramatically different printed versus on the screen.
