Help with Compling Picodrive core For RetroArch

I have started using RetroArch and have downloaded the latest megapack (http://themaister.net/retroarch.html) but have noticed it doesnt include the Picodrive_libretro file for the emulator, i have download the source for Picodrive from github (https://github.com/notaz/picodrive) but dont have a clue how to compile it. Can someone compile a version for me 64 bit if possible please!?
