Options for 25" MAME cab monitor

I've got a cabinet now, courtesy of KSpiff. The biggest monitor I can fit into it is a 25". There are the Wells-Gardner K7500, a Hanterex, (don't know the model), and maybe others.

Target platform would be DOS + ArcadeVGA.

What -new- monitor would you guys recommend?
