Rowe CD100E software needed. Just the files, I can burn.

I am still working on these old things, and could use some help with one, if there's anyone still around.

Rowe CD100E (Bubbler)

I know I need to update the CCC software to at least V4.1. I am currently at V2.1.
I can't find these files hosted anywhere, and I'm wondering if anyone here has them that is willing to share. I have a burner. I will need to change out the socket to a 32 pin, but that's no biggie.

Currently experiencing a problem with the motors not running. Sprag and cam, both. I know the cam motor is not locked up, the shaft slides in and out easily, but I didn't get a mirror, or pull the chassis to check the sprag motor. It's possible that it's stuck. The location is about 30 minutes each way, or I would just go check that. Will go in the morning. Question is, would this cause the CCC to reset and neither motor to run, if that one motor was stuck? I'm thinking it might. If you select a song, it looks like it tries to communicate with the mech board, then eventually CCC resets, in about 30 seconds or so.

I have checked nearly every pin on every connector, and every solder joint on every header. Re-tensioned and re-soldered many. Voltages are good, I think.

Symptom: Was "Out of Order" when I arrived. ERR 05-63.

CCC battery is at least 3.6VDC. Newer coin style.

On a whim, I flipped a CD onto the platter using the cam lever by hand, then after power cycling, it just started playing. But it will not return the CD, or spin the CD rack, ever.

I'm not convinced the newer version software will magically make this work, but I know it should be updated. Still could be stuck sprag motor, or something else.

Mech board has V5.8 software. Also have another mech board running V5.3, it was changed to the newer one on 9/25.
. Swapping these boards does not affect the current situation.
CD Pro2 is like brand new, I bought NOS in September, 2025. VAU1254/11. Also have a VAU1254/31LF which was also replaced 9/25. Swapping players changes nothing.

Thanks!
