Hi all, Does anyone know where I can get a schematic for the Wei-Ya 47" MT47W-D8J0B TFT LCD, or just the TFT LCD Controller Board AD50D(Code version BGD05P06)?
I have a burnt component at Q102 that I cant ID. I have tried emailing Wei-Ya but no response.

Does anyone have experience with this issue as well, as it would be good to know if there is a root cause that can be rectified as well.

I managed to carefully clean the burnt component, and it appears to be the same part as another one on the board, marked "22B46" Can anyone tell me what exactly this component is, I can't see the numbering scheme use on the marking anywhere.
