I'm getting closer to what I would like to do for my marquee so I'm posting the image to get some feedback.  I haven't come up with a good subtle background so I've used black so far.

I'm planning on having a fuse run from Wario to the dynamite.  I'm also considering having the cabinet starting to blow apart.

Update:  added a super mario background and didn't want it to stand out so I made it black and white.  Also have the mario cab exploding which I think looks pretty good but I think I need to change the colors on it to stick with the red, yellow and orange.

I still think I need to add a fuse.

I had purposefully had the text and cabinet off center but I think I need to put it back to the center.  Also might try bending the text into an arc.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I think the cabinet looks a little too blown up. It hard to tell what it is if you don't already know.

Update:  Changed the colors on the cab and added a layer of the original cab.  You can see it at 100% size and I think it adds some realism to it.  Thanks AlanS17.

Centered the text and the cabinet.  Cleaned up a few things. 

I really like Luigi and Boo.  I also like Koopa and Waluigi.  Wario really fits into the them but Mario looks a little weak for some reason.  Should I make him bigger or add something to him?

I've printed it out on a laser color printer and it looks really good.  Once I'm doing messing around with it I will send it off to Mame Marquees to print it.

Any other opinions or suggestions?

I like what you have done with your marquee.  I was thinking that you could shorten the ray coming from the name just a little on the left and right.
