Originally came to me dead. Shuts down immediately. I replaced the 2 electrolytic caps in the PS now comes up fine but the pic looks like a parallelogram /___/ and there's no adjustment for that.   I replaced all electrolytic caps.  Same.  The schematic I have is miserable. I'm hoping someone has a better schematic or has had this problem before and can tell me what to replace. TIA.
