Im build a DK machine.  I have an original TKG3-06 Board.

I am need to know a few dimensions on the control panel.  Mainly, what is the exactly height and width of the CPO decal.  I am cutting my own plexiglass and have not been able to find out the original width or height. 

Also,  Im looking to buy a 4 way joystick.  I have 3/4" MDF board and then will have 1/8" plexi.... will i need a (tall) joystick?  or will a small one work?

Im pretty sure I've read this several times, but when using and oiginal board and Im wanting to connect it to a component TV I will need to following to do so: Video inverter - video converter (EGA to Component)?

I was thinking about buying the video inverter from mikesarcade.com along with the JRok video converter.  Any suggestions or am I going down the right path here?
