Lighting Electric ice buttons

Any ideas for lighting electric ice buttons.......I am looking for the most economical way to light 18 buttons.......rgb would be great if it could be done cheap........as always thank you

please if Im in the wrong section please advice me to move my thread...........does someone know if these buttons take 3mm or 5mm lights,......or has someone out there hook these up recently? ty in advance

I just used the RGB leds from GGG. They're made for EI buttons.
