Hyperspin keeps losing focus with joysticks - Need Help
« on: January 26, 2012, 12:50:30 am »
Hello

I know people have had this problem in the past and apparently the fix is to download Hyperspin v 1.2 to fix it. I have the updated Hyperspin and the problem still persists.

The issue is that my joysticks (seen on windows vista as gamepads) lose focus on Hyperspin when you move into a sub menu, click to switch a letter, etc.

I cannot do anything until I Alt Tab back to Hyperspin. It then works perfectly until I move to a sub menu or switch a letter.

Anybody with an idea how to correct this

I am getting so frustrated that I am thinking of buying a new encoder (one that uses a keyboard instead of gamepad). This seems like an awful waste of money should there be an easy solution.

I have tried xpadder and joytokey to allow the joysticks to input keyboard presses. However the problem still persists with Hyperspin losing focus.

Thanks,

Lance
