Anyone playing Trials HD on the 360? I'd love to have more times to beat! Can't wait for the new one coming out.

I hate playing that game.

I bought it a few months ago with some points I had.

I lose track of time and it is a real productivity waster, and you cannot have just one crack at it, you just gotta have one more try.

Yeah I want the new Trials sequel so bad, but until then I could use some more leaderboards to compete with. I need someone to go farther than me on the ball track so I will be motivated to get further.

My buddy and I go back and forth battling over times. Right now I have him stumped on how I pulled a few off. On the skill games, the only thing he has me beat at right now is the first mountain climb. I can't quite get up there.

I love Trials HD! It's easily my most played XBLA game.

Yep. I had worked hard to beat all of my friends and be the top guy on my list, so suddenly being 2nd on almost every single event just ensured that I would be stuck playing this game WAY too much. My wife was already annoyed by how much time I'd spent beating the current scores, so I would rather just leave it where it is.

Holy f'n crap that looks amazing (Trials Evolution). Games like that are the reason I NEVER have to pay $60 for a "full" retail game, because you get so much bang for your buck with XBLA titles at 25% or less of the cost.

Multi-player looks just like Excitebike from NES, and there's like a marble madness mode and some kind of FPS in there too. OMG Trials Evolution is going to be too much win.

i just got Trials HD based on this thread and the demo was pretty cool. g o d damn the upper levels are hard as balls. now i know why i dont do that in real life. fun game though. GT is the same as my name here if anyone wants to make fun of my scores

Wow! I placed 698 In one event and I thought I was doing good! Haha! When I turned it on last night I noticed that some of the top scores have been there for about 5 days! The game just came out yesterday! WTF!

Yeah and as always, some of the top scores in mini-games are glitched

not saying I could event remotely come close to a top score, but it's still annoying. Watch the first few replays, only to see they are all crap runs with glitched times/distance/etc etc....

Terminal Velocity - 100%
Collateral Damage - 95% (damn you Gigatrack [silver])
Cutting Edge - 100%
Death Valley - 50% (all silver)
Flatliner - 25% (all bronze)

I also have gold on all but one skill game, Icarus, in which I have platinum.

You can compete on the leaderboard without Live Gold. You can't hook it up online at all? A free Silver account can still compete for times.

You all caught me. I don't own any consoles from the past decade that can't play backups. As much fun as it would be to try and beat my "friends" times, I figure I can use that time on other games so the chances of me playing games on an unmodded box are pretty slim.

I would definitely like to play multiplayer with you, I just haven't bothered you while we were on at the same time (which is often!). You're the only person on my friends list I don't actually know IRL, so I'm obviously not big on having people on there I don't know. I did go ahead and re-add Hollywood.

As for tracks, no. I've tried, but I'm having trouble joining pieces properly.

My xbox live expired 3 weeks before Trials Evolution released. I opted to spend the $60 it would take to renew live and invest that into an RGH mod instead. I do miss playing online a little though and might get a 2nd 360 so I can still go on live in the future.
