Artist needed - 200ish Dollar budget

I need an artist to do the artwork for my upright cabinet.

Budget: 200ish dollars.

Here is what I need done:
 
1. Marquee
2. Kickplate
3. Controlpanel with labels, directionsarrows etc. (ill provide accurate template)
4. Sideart
and maybe...not sure it’s needed
5. Speaker art
