Greyhound Skill Crane Help

I am buying a greyhound skill crane and the guy said he doesn't know how to fix it so im gonna post some images and maybe someone can tell me if it can be fixed

You can/cannot fix this machine with absolutely no/alot problem. Your pictures indicate some/no problems to be looked at.

all you will have to do is fix/play the machine when you get it home.
