Best racing games for Dreamcast AND.....

is there a way to load up specific emulators and specific roms for the dreamcast? I'd like to get a MAME selfbooting CD for dreamcast that ONLY has the racing games on it that run well. I am aware that the DC build of MAME is like .47 and I'm fine with that.

 In addition to that a SNES,genesis, NES,etc self booting disc with just the racing games on it. possible? a place I can read how to make it/them? While I doubt its possible, is there anyway to play Crusin USA on a dreamcast? Hey a man can dream cant he?

EDIT:forgot to mention I'd also like PSX racing games that run under BLEEM! / Bleemcast

Why a Dreamcast as opposed to say an xbox? Seems to me DC's are dying fast. Pity to hasten one more to it's death...

I have 2 Dreamcasts, so if 1 dies, Im ok.  Mostly cause I have a wheel for my dreamcast, I dont have one for my xbox. Ive had a blast playing Daytona USA again, and GranTurismo (BLEEM!) aint half bad on DC.

No standard shifter, but there are paddle shifters.
