Type X Config and Loader crash

hi scene ,  im trying to run typex_config and typex_loader and all i get is a crash ive been doing Google searches and a few others are getting the same. 

When i do some digging into the crash it gets logged to appcompat.txt ,  when i open it up i get the info below


does anyone know how to fix this problem ?  im out of ideas atm..........

Ive figured some stuff out ,  i had to uninstall my Bluetooth USB drivers for a dongle that i have and i can now run typex_config and typex_loader !


i have a new problem though i think its caused by my Video Card being old or a Pixel Shader problem.  I have a Arcade VGA 2 with a Pixel Shader 2.0


Gigawing runs ok but Blazblue shows little in game GFX mostl of the screen is black ,  can anyone confirm my VC is to blame or something else ?

A few of the games (I'm not sure which) use pixel shader 3.0 I think.  So you might just need a new vid card. 

I know out of all my machines, only my developement pc (which is a beast) can run all of the games properly.  And only a fairly new hp laptop can run them poorly.  The limiting factor in all of the other machines is the video card.

No prob...

btw... about Blaz Blu.... ati cards cause issues with one of the blaz blue games, but the other one renders fine as well as all of the other type x games. 

BUT.... sfiv and many of the others perform better with an ati card and are either slow or have various glitches with nvidia. 

So it is going to be impossible to get all working 100%.

hi again ,  thanks for the extra info supplied.........i can now make a better choice in Video Card i go for in the future
