hope someone can help me here.
this onboard graphics is perfect for most games, so i hope i can get it to work.
i plug in the jpac jumper on 15 khz and 31 khz.

when i power on the pc it has split screen, and then as soon as windows comes on when using powerstrip i selected arcade the image rolls.
just like in this video
this guy later gets it fixed using intel iegn driver. in this video
think it has todo with interlacing being turned off... i hope its that easy.

when i use soft 15khz its greyed out but does not do anything , i restart the computer and still split screen like its not even installed.

would the intel iegn driver help to fix this?

im going to mess around with it abit and get back to u guys.

okay i messed around with this for hours on end cant get it to work.
maybe someone who knows more about this stuff can help me out. the problem i think is that intel display drivers dont do 640 x 480 interlaced, since if u select it in powerstrip it does not select interlaced. now i tried building a custom iegd driver with interlaced selected but just cant get it to work.

if i use the custom driver i made and run soft 15khz and restart my lcd goes black like it should, but if i plug in my arcade monitor it does the same... when i use the normal intel driver, soft 15khz does not even seem to work, its blanked out but lcd does not go black at all and the arcade monitor stays on split screen if i go into windows.

i could possibly go buy a ati card or something but it would be such a waste since this intel onboard display aint so bad and im sure it could be working. i wish Lukeyson just gave a detailed run down on how he got hes to work and step by step iegd run down , surely that would have done the trick. i just want to play some games already  :hissy:

i uploaded some pics of my configuration and a video.

soft 15khz loaded on standard intel drivers but not working?

powerstrip settings 640x480i arcade selected. (interlaced not marked as u can see, not sure if this is the problem)

video split screen mode till powerstrip kicks in and then image rolls.

iegd configuration pics of settings. what am i doing wrong? (iegd is used to build custom drivers for intel)

more info found on hes youtube. ill mess around with it some more, but pretty soon the sledge hammer will be used  :timebomb:

"Well I finally did. The trick was to create a new dtd in the IEGD CED. I started with a simple-config with 30Hz, Interlaced on, 640x480. Then flicked to IEGD Parameters, and made sure both verticle and horizontal sync polarity were low. That worked.

okay i messed around with it as much as i could and know how and could not get it to work... so i took my friends nvidia card, installed 15 khz, ran powerstrip to get the resolution correct and bam it worked, i was so amazed that it worked cause i never expected it to work at all. now i guess i just have to get me a new graphics card and ill be set :)
