how to install a skin in dw jukebox or wincab jukebox
« on: May 09, 2011, 10:11:24 pm »
now for all the newbies out there like me.
this is how you change a skin
in winabjukebox or dwjukebox
extract the zip file with the skin in it then cut
and paste the items you find in the zip, paste them into your skins folder.
now goto win ini file open it up get the name of the main skin file
should look something like this WurlyNum.skn
in place your look for the word = defualt
cut the word defualt out and paste in your skn file
again it should look like this  WurlyNum.skn  when it asks you to save say yes
and save it, open up your jukebox and thats it folks
now im a newbie but if anyones got any other ideas kewl more power to yer brain, but this is how i do it simple.
power to the peepel, freedom!

You can actually place the whole folder right in the skins folder, as long as the folder name is the same as the name of the .skn file, so if you are installing wurly.skn, you can put it in a wurly folder in the skins folder.  So for most skins, this means just unzip the downloaded skin file directly into the skins folder and you should be good to go.
