sanyo 20ezv problem

ok i got a problem with this monitor and i just did a cap install which got rid of some of the original caps..lol anyways the first pic is what i got before i adjusted the horizontal hold. the second pic is what i got after adjusting it? i checked the b+ and it is 108 it was 106 so i bumped it up to match what it is supposed to have..any answers?

i noticed that with the cap kit i still had 2 caps one a non polarized cap and a normal cap that wasent replaced. ive also been reading about c459 which can cause horizontal tearing and that seems to be the issue i think but i replaced that so im stumped.. i think the non polarized cap was at c411

Can you adjust the horizontal hold back to where it was? (and get a semi stable pic that is)

that pic that you can see mostly clear is the stable horizontal pic but youc an see that the upper portion of the screen is crazy.

How do you have the sync hooked up? (the video input)

its running a nintendo vs gumshoe board in it. it had when i got it a nintendo vs super mario bros in it

ive put in 3 games so it isnt that. ive checked it with hogans alley, super mario bros and gumshoe. i cant seem to get the horizontal freq . is there something i can replace to fix this
