Is the Atari name, along with the red and blue stripes painted on, with the race car added as a sticker? Or was the whole side a sticker?

I believe the whole thing was one big vinyl print.

I can confirm that it was a one piece vinyl. I saw recently someone offering a full side repro. The race car is also available as a repro.
