Recommend Game Console to Pc Crt Adaptor

Theres a million of these game console to pc crt adaptor boxes . Can someone recommend a really good one that doesn't give input lag and has a great picture. The game systems I wanna play are , nes , snes , tg16 . Thanks,

You could just use the emulators for those. :P
