Is neoragex 5.2a bugged?

i try to download the program but my anti virus goes off like crazy when i unzip it, Ive downloaded from serveral different sites with the same results.  I am using AVG, does anyone else have this issue?

I've had the same issue.  I use winkawaks instead.
