K Mart gamers coupons/ great deals!
« on: November 16, 2010, 10:30:05 pm »
Have you guys seen the gamers coupons k mart has been giving out? I bought kirby's epic yarn and got a coupon for $20.00 off my next gaming purchase. I used it to buy dj hero(with turn table) which on clearance for $40.00 so I only paid $20.00 for it, pretty damn good deal! :woot I also bought sonic colors today and got a $15.00 coupon. I think I'll use it towards a extra wii remote.. These deals are really great, I'm guessing they wont last past
x-mas but who knows. This weeks deals are:

◦Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood(PS3, Xbox 360) - $59.99 and comes with a $20 gaming coupon.
◦EA Active 2(PS3, Wii, Xbox 360) - $99.99 and comes with a $20 gaming coupon.
◦Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem (DS) - $29.99 and comes with a $10 gaming coupon.
◦Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit(PS3, Xbox 360) - $59.99 and comes with a $20 gaming coupon.
◦Pac-Man Party (Wii) - $39.99 and comes with a $15 gaming coupon.
◦Sonic Colors (Wii) - $49.99 and comes with a $15 gaming coupon.

Wow, I've not seen or even heard of Kmart in many many years... Just checked their store locator and none within 100 miles of where I live.

Amazon is doing essentially the same thing with their gaming credits.  They've also had a bunch of good game deals recently leading up to Black Friday.

I'm suprised you guys don't already know about this actually.  I get almost all of my games at Kmart.  Aside from the great deals, nobody thinks to buy games from them, so they are never out and you never have to wait in line.

Walmart has great deals as well, but they are always online only.  I've often gotten new games with either a discount or a free gift card included.  Free shipping to your door is often included as well and unlike many online retailers, it would be a miracle if your game didn't arrive within the week.

I just bought sfIV and the sfIV fightstick for 37 bucks, shipping included from walmart.  Sure sfIV is a tad old at this point, but you just can't get the stick for less than 50, so basically I got the stick 13 bucks off and they threw in a free game.  I could have actually gotten the whole thing for 30 bucks if I had it shipped to my local walmart (site to store is always free) but I've found that to be really slow.
