I quite enjoyed this movie. Excellent cast. I really dug Mary Louise Parker. I think she's hot in a natural way. And Helen Mirren was excellent. I bet she had fun playing an ex assassin! And even though she's in her 60's, I found the sight of her blasting away bad guys with automatic weapons strangely alluring!  I thought it funny (in my own way) that Julian macmahon played the vice president when in real life he is the son of a former prime minister. Malcovich is his usual wacky self. It was great to see Richard Dreyfuss and Ernest Borgnine. I haven't seen either on the big screen (that I can remember) for years and years.

Enough about the actors. The movie itself was nothing new I suppose. but it was fun. The usual 'ex agent gets drawn back into his old world again' type scenario. With the usual highly unlikely outcome that said agent survives such a huge onslaught. A good excuse to have all those actors together. Good enough reason for me to enjoy (",)

3.5/5

Edit: Forgot to mention Bruce Willis! Of course he was as good as ever in this sort of role.

I really enjoyed it. I don't think you're alone in asking yourself, "Did Helen Mirren, a woman in her mid-60s, actually seem sexy in this?" I've seen a lot of people on IMDb discussing that exact thing.

Fun movie with an excellent cast.
