Give to Charity, Developers, or Elect Free Found when you buy these games.  You choose what you want to pay. Updated the link in case it goes dead again.

"Please enter an amount greater than zero."

 :laugh2:

Right...they are not free...you cannot "pay" zero...  :blah:

The first bundle was well worth it...I havn't played all the games in the second yet but I've played alot of Osmos in the past and it was fun. I've been thinking about getting braid for a while.

I bought it last night.  It's well worth it just for Braid and Machinarium.  I've never played the other games, but I'll give them a try.

If you paid the default 30 bucks for these games then no, no it's not.  They should have called this the "braid and 4 games you've never heard of" bundle.  That and the fact that braid is the most over-rated indie game in the history of indie games makes this bundle worth around 5 bucks.  (5 bucks for braid, the rest are free).

Childs play is a wonderful charity and I suggest everyone donate, but consider this less of getting a good deal and more of "you'll get this handsome pbs tote bag with your 500 donation" sort of thing.

Why is the default $30?  The current avg. is $7 which is what I paid.  Braid was a bit over rated, but still a ton of fun when I played it on the 360, and I'll have fun playing it again on the PC.  I know a few people who consider Machinarium their favorite game of this past year (2 of them have their cubicles covered in artwork from the game) and am very surprised you never heard of it.  It was quite popular.  I haven't played it myself yet, but was already meaning to pick it up.  Getting it with Braid and 3 other games for $7 is quite a bargain IMO.

I tried the demo for Machinarium and that was enough to get me to go for this year's bundle. I'd already beaten Braid a year or so ago, but I didn't have a legit copy until now.

Machinarium is terrific. I picked it up for $5 earlier in the year when they were having their pirate sale. The entire style of the game is wonderful, from the art and music down to the characters. If you loved the old Sierra Quest puzzle games, you'll enjoy Machinarium.

My only complaint was that it felt rather short. I'd have been upset if I'd paid $20 for it. But at $5, it was a great bargain.

Osmos is pretty fun as well. I first played it about a year and a half ago...It was featured in a few articles about top rated indie games.

No, it should be going for a while.  The link at the top of the page worked for me, but it also links to a news report about the bundle.  Heres the link to the bundles actual page:

Now when you buy the bundle, you also get an unlock code to activate the games on your Steam account, which is pretty cool.

Can you beat the $0.01 price from the Humble Bundle site?   ;D
