There are a set of RCA inputs on the amplifier in my jamma cab. Are these line level? Can I connect the PC speaker out to this?

If they're amp inputs then I'd say yes, that's what usually goes into an amp.
The type of cabinet and/or a picture may help to be sure, but I'd just go for it.
