I was looking for this one too, but for some reason when I download it only lets me get a portion of the total size.  If that's not weird enough for ya, I also get different size files every time I try to download it.  It would be great if someone could upload this to a new site.

veectorlib just holds vector files, Rom fusion file is bitmap

anyway, we are in the process to have some alternative solution in order to get rid of the AAL recurent problems

I have a few versions of the image, along with 2 or 3 marquees, and a couple color variations ( I think ). If anyone can host them I would be glad to email them. Ill try getting them together tomorrow morning for easy emailing for anyone still looking, just let me know if youd like a copy.

I have 6 or so versions zipped up. Marquees, side arts, base images etc. if anyone would be able to host them, please let me know and Ill send them over. I know this is a regularly searched for image, and I know I had to do quite a bit of searched originally myself, so id love to help spread it. It deserves to be spread. I would also like to request that if someone has any additional files of this if I could please have a copy.  I would like to integrate this work into my cabinet art.  After much searching I was able to find this file, which I will host for anyone interested.  If someone can provide me the rest of the files I can host them, too (provided they aren't absolutely massive).
