I thought you might like my groom's cake
« on: June 20, 2010, 01:55:20 pm »
I am a long-time lurker and I was recently married. My wife wanted to make the wedding extra special so she had this made as a surprise to be unveiled at our wedding dinner. She said to the person who made it, "It needs to be very much like the real thing or he'll notice." Needless to say I was speechless! It tasted darn good too although I was VERY reluctant to cut this thing up. I thought my fellow BYOAC-ers would get a kick out of this.

Has anyone else taken notice, including you and your wife, as to what was chosen to be "displayed" on screen?

:D

Maybe it's referring to they're single lives?  :-\

Very nice.

So, safe to say that's the first cabinet that you're wife made you get rid of?   ;)

Congratulations on the wedding, Brett.  May your marriage never end!   :applaud:

I would bank that if she went through this much trouble and expense to build a cake for something as important as a wedding thing, getting rid of any arcade cabinets probably isn't an option.... At least until the cabs take over the bedroom. Then she might put her foot down.... Maybe.

So uh... is this marriage strictly uh... monogamous?
