street fighter marquee opinions needed

Im just about finished with my mame street fighter cab, my first.  It has a 1/16th diamond plate control panel (not the fake vinyl).  I really like the way the cab came out except for the marquee ( I hate it) its a good image but doesnt match the cabinet.  I made a replacement using microsoft paint (dont have photoshop :-(  I tried a diamond plate background to "match" the control panel.  Some honest opinions would be great, I dont want to have this printed and then not be happy with it.  I attached a couple of pics of my cab and the new? marquee.   The picture quality kind of sucks,  I had to resize the images so they would upload

Looks good.  Excellent for having just used MS Paint.  You may want to have it vectorized so you get a quality print.  What dpi is it at?  I'm a big SF fan. Can I clean it up and vectorize it for you?  At no cost of course.   This is an awesome cab.  I want to see the marquee match the quality of the sides.

What about making the two characters a little lighter and not so dark? 
I personally am a fan of Blanka, but that's just me.

thanks,  The original file is about 90mb and about 9000x3500 pixels.  I used the same images files from the side art to make the marquee.
