Hi Guys,
I have a (new) question regarding using my "graphic terminal" monitor, I have taken it apart and have made pictures of the insides..
There is a graphics board built into the case that has a VGA port and 3 tiny yellow cables running to another board INSIDE, it has some input connectors outside at the back.

This connects to another board inside through a standard VGA cable and a simple connector for the 3 tiny yellow cables.

I've tried hooking up my laptop by simply connecting it through the VGA cable and when i turn on the terminal i hear a "tss" crisping sounds on the tube (so i assume it works) but nothing happens.
Here you see where the VGA cable connects to, and then the signal goes to the tube itself :

Normally the terminal needs to be controlled through a server with the TCIP cable input, but the manual told me with flipping some of those mini switches at the back the terminal schould boot from the ROM and i should be able to see it but nothing gets displayed.
What are the M signal and L signal things for? And do those 3 little cables hold to key to the monitor "waking up" ? I'm kind of desperate to use this monitor because without it there is no project for me to begin on really..
Can i unhook/replace any board to i can just use this monitor as an arcade monitor?
So Pls guys, i need your help and it would be immensly appreciated!!!
