ok guys, I'm at my wits end

Hey everybody.
I am so lost on setting up my powermame that i am willing to pay someone for a simple walk through on setting it up.

Got that one piece your wife won't let you by?
I will send it to you.
I have on original Arkaniod board i'll trade for the info.
My son and i started this project and we are stuck. So close,yet out of reach.
I'm not lazy, I think i have read about every page google and yahoo have to offer on powermame. But nobody out there has doc'd any info on setup.
Is it a horrible front end? Is that why nobody uses it?

Does abandoned mean it will no longer work? I would think the download would still function.
And I can't find anything in there to help me with setup.

Honestly though why not state what the problem was that you had, then the resolution.

You wonder why there is no information for people when they need it? This is the reason right here.
You PM your question and the resolution. What if someone else has the problem you did?
Forums and other community boards are free but they depend on you posting your question and answer to function.

Well, since you seem to be new to the community and up in arms about this, I'll explain.  His question was very wide open and I knew this.  When I sent him the PM, I explained to him some options and likely starter issues.  These exact same suggestions are mentioned throughout this site about a million times.  The search is useful and almost all answers to the basics are in the wiki.  So, I am sorry you didn't like the resolution to this thread, but it really didn't require an open problem solving session.  Do you have a question?

Yes, sir.  WTF was the point of the user posting the comment 15 or 16 months after you last posted?  Talk about resurrecting a dead thread.   

Another if I may also:  Is there a point to keep this section of the forum open?  Powermame has been dead awhile.  Hell, that strange hayabusa dude posted something ridiculous in here awhile ago also.

Finally, how 'bout those Hoosiers over the Bucks on Sunday?
