Rowe Jukebox arm jammed - Hi First post

Hi, pleased to have found this site and hope to get some help.
Have had a Rowe 1050 jukebox for about 15 years.
It has always worked. It's always been a bit quirky. Normally issues with selections but mainly due to loose connectors. I vowed never to move it but i had to move it slightly and the problems began.

The record return arm is now basically jammed. It wont move. When i turn it on it hums and sounds like it is trying to return but jammed. I've only left it on for a second or two as worried it will damage it further.
I've attached some photos.
i have already found a few youtube vids of someone winding on a similar looking machine manually. He also applied some (lots) 3 in one oil. I've added some oil to cogs but cannot find a way to wind it on manually through the cycle.
Hopefully some of you good people will have some clue as to a fix. Many hopeful thanks in advance.
Any suggestions or tips would be much appreciated.
