ION Elite not powering on fix

Several years ago Merit issued a service bulletin and a harness kit for some ION Elites that would not power on except for the bill acceptor.

The kits were free, but after this much time they may not be free anymore. You get the kits from your local Merit/AMI Entertainment distributor's parts department.
