Does Baby pacman work in MAME I have rom but it doesnt load it says missing rom or chd double checked for chd it doesnt have one! Anyone have this game working

Yes.

You should get a big red box telling you it doesn't work
.....unless you're running a version of MAME with the nag boxes removed.
.....in which case you should never post in a forum to ask why a game doesn't work.

Sadly, Mame does not Simulate Pinball tables as of this date.

 However, you can run Baby Pacman with Visual Pinball + Pinmame.
