Construct removable panel
« on: June 21, 2009, 10:24:03 am »
Hello All,

I am building the Ultimate Arcade II.  I notice that once its put together and laminated there is no way to get to the inside, the screws are covered up.  Also I assume after a while the screw holes would wear out.  So what recommendations do you all have on making either the front panel or the back panel removable.

  • I thought about just putting in some magnets to hold it in place, but the panel is just too heavy.
  • I could put hinges on one side, just have to figure out a way to hide the latch on the opposite end.

The rear panel is easy to make removable...  I have my rear panel setup with a cam lock.
