Games where you prefer the Japanese rom

Are there any games where you prefer to play the Japanese rom version over the US (or country of your choice) version?  Why? -- what is significantly different about it?

Rygar < Argus No Senshi. Different hidden items and the version I grew up playing
Black Dragon < Black Tiger. Harder, but the last boss gives you 1 million points. 'Nuff said.

I sort of prefer the Japanese version of Donkey Kong because the board layout finally makes sense!  Although, oddly enough I find the slower elevator levels harder than the regular (fast) ones that I'm used to, heh.

Donkey Kong for the same reasons as jumpman
Street Fighter (all of them) : better, less cheap AI

I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.

Puckman for the improved vandalism potential.  ;D

And agreed on Donkey Kong.  It's like playing the enhanced Dragon's Lair where the scenes are laid out so they actually make sense.
