Distance from monitor to screen
« on: July 15, 2009, 06:56:07 am »
Quick question, had a look around the forums and cant seem to find an answer, is there a minimum that the monitor should be from the protective screen or is it down to user preference and space?

Cheers

You just don't want them touching, or they'll rub and make marks on each other.

You're talking about the distance between the tube and the bezel glass, right?

I have about 3/4 to 1" separation on mine with no issues.  That seems to keep static dust from clinging on to my protective glass and still maintains the illusion that the glass is the screen.
