Title: Push button connector size

What size connector do i need for happ push buttons I'm talking about the little terminal connectors.
They look like this

Also where can I order some in bulk like around 200-500?

4.8mm connectors will fit, if you're using metric gear.

I think they're called Tab Connectors or Quick Release Connectors, if that helps your searches.

6,4mm universal - fit terminal 4,8/6,4

Happ use 4,8 mm
ultimarc use 6,4 mm
sanwa/seimitsu 2,8mm
crown/korea 4,8mm

The tab on the microswitches is .187.  The color of the crimp connector is dependant on the gauge of wire you are using

16-22 Red
14-16 Blue
10-12 Yellow

I was able to find .187 disconnects at my local hardware store.  Divemaster sells these http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=47066.0 100 for $5.99.  Bob Roberts also sells them http://www.therealbobroberts.net/conectas.html 50 for $5.00.

It depends on the switch.  It can be .250 as well.
