Has anyone tried building their own Tekken kick harness? Sure I can buy one, but this IS BYOAC after all.... It looks like an old 5 1/4 floppy drive edge connector on a ribbon cable should work (with a slight mod).

The kick harness for Tekken 2 is a 48 pin connector(according to my manual). The one for a floppy is only going to be 34 I believe.

I saw a page somewhere when someone just rerouted to kick harness wires over to unused pins on the jamma connector.
Just a few jumper wires and done.

Right. I cut two of them to make the full length. I haven't wired it up to the buttons yet though.....to cold in the garage to mess with right now!

you can find them brand new on ebay for around $15US or so from time to time.

I'm just doing the jumper wire method on mine.
